Freshly shucked oysters. Just divine! They are amazing just as they are but sometimes it’s nice to give them a little extra love.

Adding a mix of our Bloody Mary flavours and topping with Native Bush Tomato Flavour Pearls takes our wonderful fresh produce to another level.

Donut Shake with Salted Caramel Flavour Pearls. Is it a drink or is it a dessert? Ahhh well that’s up to you!

We made ours as part of a 14 year old birthday celebration so kept them non-alcoholic but I’d love to add a little Kahlua or go full Brandy Alexander (add Brandy and a dash of chocolate sauce) . Oh yum.


Dipping the donut is delicious fun too.

This recipe is about as Australian as you can get…Crispy skinned wild barramundi & a roast Aussie prawn perched on Peninsula Larders Gourmet Beetroot Risotto and finished with Lemon Myrtle Flavour Pearls.

This recipe looks super impressive and tastes absolutely delicious. It’s quite easy to prepare too. Just get each ingredient ready and you can have them pre-assembled before your guests arrive. Just un-mould and garnish with a little crème fraiche and Tangerine Flavour Pearls. Just perfect for a light lunch or starter for a more formal dinner.

The addition of Balsamic Flavour Pearls instead of a sauce or jus for a new twist on an old favourite.

Macadamia gives our delicious Lime Pies a delightful additional texture in the crumb base and combined with the garnish of Native Finger Lime Flavour Pearls adds another very Australian element to our dish.  


 Baking them in Patty Cases makes them an absolutely brilliant dish to transport too. A big tick for the busy entertaining season where we often need to bring something.

Oh my, now we’re talking! Fancy surf and turf. Pork belly is just delicious but I find it can be a little rich for me…the addition of our fresh and vibrant Yuzu Flavour Pearls really cuts through that richness perfectly. This recipe looks the goods and tastes incredible. Everything can be prepared ahead of time and just sear the scallops at the last minute.
