PAYMENT

1. What payment modes do you accept?

We currently accept PayNow and Paypal as well as all major credit cards.  However we encourage payment through Paypal. It is compatible with all major credit cards, and you are still able to make payment through Paypal even if you do not have a Paypal account. All you need to do is check out as a guest.

2. What are the advantages of paying through Paypal?

Cyber security is of utmost importance in this day and age, and payments through Paypal are highly secure. Paypal is the world’s most established payment processing company. Furthermore, this assurance of secure payment comes at no cost to you.

​

You can make payment through Paypal as long as you have a credit card, even if you do not have an account. All you need to do is check out as a guest.

​

3. How can I pay through PayNow?

All you need to do is the login to your mobile banking app, and scan our PayNow QR code. Then enter your order amount and your order number as the reference, before sending your payment to us.

Please make payment immediately after ordering. Do note that your order will be processed only after we have verified your payment. If we do not receive your payment, your order will be cancelled.

 

 

DELIVERY

 

4. Is there free delivery?

Yes. We provide free delivery for orders $60 and above. Please refer to the below table for our shipping fee schedule.  Do note that order amounts are after any discounts and redemptions.

5. When can I expect to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, you should receive your order within 5 to 7 business days.  You will receive an email from us when your order is shipped. Deliveries will be made between 10am to 9pm.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Do drop us an email at info@manna-fresh.com if you have an enquiry about international shipping, and we will get back to you.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

 

7. Can I return or exchange an item?

Once an order is made, we do not accept any exchanges, returns or refunds, unless we have sent you a wrong item.  Please inform us within 3 days of the delivery date to request for a replacement, and we will arrange for it to be delivered the next time we are delivering in your zone.

8. What if the item I ordered is out of stock?

We will contact you to inform you that the item is out of stock, and suggest another similar item of equal value for substitution. If you are not agreeable, then we will refund you the price of the item.

 

 

FLAVOUR PEARLS

 

9. How many Pearls are in a jar?

There are more than 160 individual Pearls in a 50g jar and more than 340 individual pearls in a 110g jar.

10. How many Pearls is one serve?

10 Pearls or 2 – 3 grams is recommended for a serve. You may need more or less depending on your dish though. A canape would need only a few Pearls for impact.

11. Do the flavour pearls need to be refrigerated?

Yes, only after they have been opened. After that you can keep them in the fridge for up to a month.

​

12. Do you sell them to restaurants and bars?

Yes we do. Please contact us at info@manna-fresh.com and we would be happy to send you a product list or arrange for a taste testing.

13. What is the outside of the pearl made from?

Pectin is the gelling agent. For example in Balsamic Flavour Pearls, the outside consists of Balsamic Vinegar and pectin.
